Your donation is the foundation of our goals, hopes, and dreams.
We are a 501(c)(3) breast cancer nonprofit that helps women cope with the side effects of the disease. We understand that a cancer diagnosis takes more than a physical and emotional toll on one’s life.
We are survivors, caregivers, family and friends who have all been touched by breast cancer and understand that not all journeys are the same. Through fundraising efforts and generous donor donations, we have been able to provide women with assistance for a wig, grocery gift cards and have been able to donate to local cancer centers to further research into this disease.
It is said that 1 in 8 women will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime and there is currently 3.5 million women in the United States with a history of the disease. Breast cancer does not discrimate.
It doesn’t care if you’re a mother of four daughters, working full time to try to help three of them get through college, and trying to get your fourth into college. It doesn’t care that you are a single parent working three jobs to keep a roof over your family’s head. It doesn’t care if you just retired and you’re getting ready to travel the world after years of hard work. It doesn’t care if you’re thirty years old, with no family history of the disease just starting your life. Age, ethnicity, demographic breast cancer does not discriminate. This disease effects everyone.
